No customer account needed: enter your order number and the email address of your order. We will send you a link (valid for 24 hours) to choose the items and get your return slip as a PDF.
You bear the return costs – the return slip is an address label without postage. For a defect, a wrong item or a misprint we cover the costs.

Bought on Amazon? Then please register the return in your Amazon account (“Your Orders” → “Return or replace items”).
